How To Order Nursing CNA Kits

1. After receiving your custom kit quote from your Unimed Government Services sales representative, FAX or email your purchase order, along with payment information, to your UGS sales representative. If your organization is a tax-exempt entity, please send your tax-exempt certificate with your order. Click here to go to the Contacts page to find your sales representative's contact information.
2. You will receive confirmation of your order and estimated ship date via email.

Note: Please include credit card payment information with your order. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Return Policy

Kits can be returned within 30 days of invoice date, if all kit items are included, unopened, and in resalable condition. Kits which include special order items cannot be returned. A return authorization code from Unimed Government Services is required before returning products to UGS. Products must be received within 30 days of issuance of return authorization code.
