  ~ Mount to wall: thread end of vinyl ribbon into the adaptor. Place the fixture's pull string or cord in the other end of the adaptor and close it

• Breakaway anti-ligature option helps reduce the danger of strangulation or other injury. Weak zones are created by 5/16" diameter holes punched every 6 inches along the length of the Anti-Ligature Sanipull. The Anti-Ligature Sanipull will break apart at a weak zone if pulled with a force of 28+/- 2 pounds.

Easy to assemble! Cut the fixture's existing pull cord or string, Tie a knot and insert into the top housing of the clamshell adaptor and snap it shut. Then, cut the vinyl ribbon to desired size, and attach spring clip.

Plastic clip is easy to install and simple to use. It can loop around the bedrail and clip to the ribbon, or can clip to patient's gown or bed linens.
